CATPROC gets invalidated 2006-05-15 - By Alex Gorbachev

Good idea. Thanks. However, DBMS_STANDARD was not maked as invalid last time and was not modified since I reloaded catproc last time. Will try to see it anyway. I recall there is a new feature with invalidation of PL/SQL objects in 10g.... I can't recall what is that about.
